YOUR DONATION PROVIDES SUMMER ARTS PROGRAMS FOR YOUTH!

Dear Friends of the Puerto Rican Arts Alliance,

As our fiscal year comes to a close, we are working urgently to raise scholarship and program support so every student who wants to participate in PRAA’s summer music and arts programs has the opportunity to do so.

Every summer, the Puerto Rican Arts Alliance opens its doors to young people across Chicago who are searching for creativity, connection, mentorship, and belonging through the arts. For many of our students, PRAA is more than a music or arts program — it is a safe and inspiring space where they can build confidence, express themselves, and feel proud of who they are.

This year, however, many families are facing financial hardship, and students who want to attend our summer music and arts camps simply cannot afford the tuition.

We do not want to turn them away.

Your support today will help provide direct scholarship assistance to students and families who otherwise would not be able to participate in summer arts education opportunities. It will also help PRAA continue offering high-quality music, visual arts, cultural enrichment, and mentorship programs throughout the summer months.

For nearly three decades, PRAA has used the arts to uplift young people, preserve culture, and strengthen communities across Chicago. Every day, we see the transformative impact the arts can have on a child’s life — helping students discover confidence, discipline, creativity, and hope for the future.

But we cannot do this work alone.

As we finish our fiscal year, we ask you to stand with our students and invest in access to the arts for the next generation.

Your gift today can make an immediate impact:
• $50 can help provide art supplies and instructional materials
• $200 can help offset summer camp tuition for a student in need
• $500 or more can help provide broader scholarship support for multiple families

No gift is too small, and every contribution helps ensure that a young person is not denied access to the arts because of financial barriers.
